San Jose Repertory Theatre gets Challenge Grant
I noticed recently that the carpet at the SJ Rep is in HORRIBLE condition. Thank goodness someone else noticed too - If The Rep can raise half the money through donations, they'll receive a grant to pay for the rest of it.
The SJ Rep gets called to the carpet
This carpet is REALLY NEEDED. If you're a South Bay resident and can donate a few dollars, please do so!!

"Wicked"
Buffy and I had the most fabulous time EVER today at Wicked. I will post the whole story tomorrow. For now I'll just say those tickets were worth every single penny and more, it was probably the best show I've seen since Cirque du Soleil's "O" and we are absolutely going to go see it again. And besides the ticket money, we dropped quite a bit on T-Shirts, mugs, soundtracks, programs, key chains, etc.
If you have any opportunity to go see a "Wicked' production, I just can't explain how highly I recommend it. You won't regret it.

Secret in the Wings
Anyone want to go see Secret in the Wings with me tomorrow night at SJSU? My usual theatre-partner saw it when I was at Cinequest. Daughter backed out because of homework obligations, and tomorrow's the only night I can see it. Scroll down the page, it looks amazing. I'm still hoping Buffy can make it anyway. Anyone else?
