Yes, today was very good!
After writing the post below I looked around for some wood and saw my wooden ruler. I gave it a good pounding with both my fists, heh. But it worked! Work went well! Got lots of work done! Also... watched Paris Hilton on Larry King... I actually was pretty impressed. I really was. Am I crazy? This is the first time I've ever seen her act like a grown up. She stumbled on a few answers, but mostly due to Larry King's idiotic questions. (Seriously? GAWD he was stupid. And looking stupid next to Paris Hilton? Maybe it's time to retire, Larry.) 30 minutes into the interview I realized I was looking at a gorgeous 26 year old woman. Who is not perfect, but certainly seems to see things in a different way now. I'm going to go out on a very precarious limb here and say - I think she will change. The dumb act certainly was dropped this evening. We shall see. But if she does change, if she starts doing charitable work - and I don't even care if she parties, that was never an issue, the stupidity and bringing no value into the world and being a bad example was the issue - well, I may just learn to love her a tiny little bit. I hope she doesn't screw this up, because if she does I'm going to have to sort through a lot of posts to find this one and delete it so there's no incriminating evidence against me. I missed the interview so I can't weigh in on her changes, but what I'm thinking is that she's only been out for a day and it's easy in the beginning to change your ways. Once it gets down to the 'working on it' part will she still be into this? Or will she move on to her next fad?
