It's been a slow couple weeks at work, and it felt really good today to come in and get some things done and accomplished, after being given some goals to work on. But then I did most of them and there's no work coming in and I'm tired of thinking about essays and zzzzzzzzzzz.... A lot of my goals involve contacting people who all seem to be on vacation this week, so I suppose next week will be better. And of course tomorrow I have the day off to pick Buffy up from camp and go to the beach. A good day to have off since there's probably going to be zero work to do. But today after work I get to go meet... Megs! Yeppers, at 5pm we'll be at the bar at the Hyatt. Of course, I'll be drinking water cuz I still have to write that essay, but it will be nice to finally meet one of my webmasters, designer and caretaker of this blog. (I've already met Shanni who did the journal and who I adore). It will be really, really nice to meet Megs, one of my first friends here. We've both come a long way since we first met online.
