Tuesday Update
So I did lots of work at work today, and took my supervisor on a ride to Starbucks in the new car (which I am learning to really love - it's such a happy color and is going to look so pretty at the beach!), and then decided to chuck Byron/Shelley/Keats and go for the essay on Jane Austen/Sir Walter Scott/Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley. This is the essay the professor thinks I would be unable to pull off since I don't attend class. Of course that means it's the essay I want to do. But it's also the essay I think I can fake my way through the best.
Why so many poets in English Literature? Didn't they ever read books?
Did you know Percy Bysshe Shelley was the husband of Mary Shelley, the author of Frankenstein? I didn't.
Tomorrow morning we get Direct TV hooked up in the house, bringing us into the 21st Century with that great invention, Television.
Tonight I go home and pretend I am not home when the sister calls.
Okay, it's about time to leave work.
