You can add to that list from this weekend: The swim coach did not show up to class again.
That makes:
2 times in two weeks that we sat in the rain at 7am on a Saturday waiting for him
3 times in two months he has not showed up.
4 times in two months that I did not get to swim (because I missed one day when I was sick)
24 days since I've been in the pool.
I am not losing any weight this way folks.
