I'm glad we have no trees by our house
Good lord, what happened in San Jose while I was in Aptos last night???
Aptos is nice, quiet, a little rainy here and there...
I drive into San Jose and am greeted by a freeway COVERED WITH PINE TREES (Highway 17 at Hamilton) like driving over a carpet of Christmas Trees and branches - CRAZY. Then I get into San Jose and every road has trees lying in the middle of it, branches, trees, debris, trees in yards, a huge tree at Red Lobster all uprooted with half their landscaping, fences down... I 've never seen anything like it.
Good job Mother Nature, you lived up to your reputation this time. ;-)
Meanwhile, I'm glad we don't own our backyard fence, heh. Plus, it fell into the neighbor's side.
