"Secondly, I am sick and tired of women who keep their maiden names. Sue me. I hate it. It makes addressing envelopes a huge pain in the ass and also I think it’s just strange. I had a hard time changing my name when I got married, but I got over it. I really have no idea what the point is. My theory is that these women are a pain in the ass. They’ve got issues surrounding being married and the horrible old fashionedness of the whole thing and so they keep their name because they think it makes them more independent or better in a crisis or taller or something. Mostly it just makes them a pain in the ass at Christmas card envelopes addressing time."
